1. Who operates MorLabs
MorLabs is operated by Santiago Javier Morillo Lopez, an independent business operator based in Florida, United States. MorLabs is not currently presented as a limited liability company or other incorporated entity.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through a project request, email, WhatsApp communication, or the client portal. This can include your name, email address, phone number, business name, project information, messages, and files you share for a project.
3. How we use information
We use this information to respond to requests, discuss or provide services, manage client projects, communicate with you, protect the website and portal, and maintain reasonable business records. We do not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
MorLabs uses providers needed to operate its services, including Supabase for portal authentication and private project data, Resend for project-request email, and Vercel for website hosting. If Vercel Analytics or Speed Insights is enabled, it receives anonymized public-site usage and performance data. Project-form contents, contact details, portal information, query strings, and private routes are excluded from MorLabs analytics events.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls for private portal data. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, to meet recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
6. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we control. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for an active project, security, records, or legal obligations. To make a request, email contact@morlabs.app.
7. Children
MorLabs is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes and contact
